Dr. Nils Altner researches and teaches mindfulness, compassion, nature and commitment in education at the University of Duisburg-Essen, offering GAMMA further training for multipliers and coordinating the NRW state model project on mindfulness at primary schools.
Our humanity on earth is full of precious wonders and potentials. But we are in the process of destroying the foundations of our lives. Nils wants to contribute to the preservation and strengthening of the life forces in us and in nature. If this succeeds with the children, in schools and in other educational contexts, we may have a chance.
