After her training at the Federal Employment Office and many years of professional experience in various areas of training and further education, Karin Doberer has been working for more than 16 years on optimising the German "Learning Landscape". Together with her employees and project partners, she improves the learning, space and team culture in educational institutions. They accompany schools, architects and building owners in the context of building and renovation measures and ensure that a forward-looking "pedagogical architecture" is supported by the building architecture and not hindered. She has a lot of experience in balancing the creative idea, the pedagogical way of working and the usually very tight financial framework.
Karin's guiding principle: "Change requires courage, a desire to move, curiosity, the ability to engage in constructive criticism and a common language among all involved!
