Pioneers of Education

Prof. Dr. Wilfried Schley is Professor Emeritus of Special Education at the University of Zurich and Scientific Director of the IOS Institute for Organizational Development and Systemic Consulting in Hamburg. He develops new forms of teacher training, is the author of numerous books and, together with Helga Breuninger, initiator of Intus³, a video-based program for the training of relationship competence and intuition in a school context. The videos make visible what is usually overlooked. Learning occurs in the spaces between: in perception and being perceived, in resonance, in experiencing appreciation and in the gaze of the other.
